At Empower, we understand how vital tailored movement, strength, and fitness are for your health, outcomes, and quality of life during your battle! We want to support you through this journey so that you can be Empowered when you need it most! We’re ready to stand shoulder to shoulder with you as your new oncology ally!

Empower Next is designed to bridge these gaps and guide you through that NEXT step — whether it’s rebuilding strength, finishing rehab, getting back to what you love, or simply finding your health and fitness confidence again. About Empower Health & Fitness
Our mission at Empower is to provide direct access to health, fitness, and wellness services with client-oriented goals in mind. Empower is for everyone, but was founded for two specific purposes:
1) Create a space of care and health support for cancer patients—both during active treatment and navigation after treatment as a Survivor
2) To fill the void of post-Physical Therapy rehabilitation and patient’s next level resources for higher level function, next-level goals, and athlete safe return to sports.
